Penguin: Bird of Prey is a feature-length fan film centered upon Oswald Chesterfeild Cobblepot. Known by most as "The Penguin."

 

The Penguin is the most powerful criminals in Gotham City. His power is vast, and he will not hesitate to ruin someone's life in the blink of an eye.

 

Acting as a sequel to Batman Revealed, this movie takes place fifteen years later. The Penguin creates a formula that grabs the attention of Amanda Waller. Her black ops program, Project Cadmus, forms an alliance with Cobblepot.

 

Cobblepot, in turn, uses the connection for a sinister alterior motivation.

 

Meanwhile Dick Grayson, whose since been in hiding, decides to try and stop his former enemy.
